5. Independent Relationships: Any working relationship you form with an account manager is directly between you and them. We are not a party to that relationship.

Important: We do not guarantee that submitting an application will result in introductions, offers, or income. We operate a connection service only.

6. What You Agree To When Applying

By submitting an application, you agree and acknowledge that:

• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
• We may store your information securely in our internal systems
• We may share your profile with trusted account managers in our network
• Account managers may contact you directly through various messaging platforms
• You are applying voluntarily and are under no obligation to accept any offers
• You understand this is a connection service, not an employment opportunity
• Any agreements you make with account managers are independent contracts between you and them

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Website:

• In any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations
• To provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• To impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• To send, upload, or transmit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene (outside of your OnlyFans content), hateful, or infringing
• To transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• To attempt unauthorized access to the Website, our systems, or connected networks
• To scrape, harvest, or collect user information without permission

8. Your Account and Information

No Employment: We are not an employer and do not employ creators or account managers. We do not offer jobs or employment contracts. All relationships between creators and account managers are independent contractor relationships.

Manager Responsibility: Account managers operate independently. We are not responsible for their actions, services, performance, or any agreements you make with them.

10. Safety, Ethics, and Prohibited Activities

We have zero tolerance for illegal or unethical practices, including:

• Human trafficking or coercion of any kind
• Exploitation or abuse
• Fraud or deceptive practices
• Pressure tactics or manipulation
• Any illegal activity

Reporting: If you experience or witness any of these behaviors from an account manager in our network, report it immediately to area69network@gmail.com. We will investigate and terminate relationships with anyone engaging in prohibited activities.

Vetting: While we aim to work only with professional and ethical account managers, we cannot guarantee their conduct. You should conduct your own due diligence before entering any agreement.

11. Information on the Website Is Not Advice

Content on the Website (including blog posts, guides, and resources) is provided for general information and educational purposes only. It is not intended as legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action based on content from our Website. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on Website content.

12. Intellectual Property Rights
